2015 – 2016 Annual Fund
The generosity of so many ASM families and community partners helped us reach our Annual Fund financial goal for 2015-2016! We strive for 100% participation by our families, Board of Directors, faculty, and staff. These contributions allowed us to:
Participate in the Montessori Athletic Conference.
Upper elementary and middle school students have the opportunity to participate in soccer and basketball. Our goal is to provide our students with a broad range of extracurricular opportunities.
Purchase KIBO Robot Kits for Kindergarten and EIE Kits for Upper Elementary.
These kits will be incorporated into our STEM curriculum. We strive to provide
the best educational experience possible for all students.
Install a new playground for Children’s House students.
This new structure meets the needs of our growing population
and ensures all of our students have as much fun at recess as possible!
Invest in Wilson Fundations curriculum materials for Lower Elementary.
This phonetic based program will enhance our current course of
instruction for reading.
Enhance the projection in our event space, the American Room, to benefit entire community.
Support Professional Development opportunities for faculty and staff. Beginning summer 2016, ASM’s faculty and staff will engage in a broad array of professional course work to expand their knowledge base and skill set:
- Montessori Overview Course
- Wilson Fundations Training
- Montessori Early Childhood Certification
- KinderLab Robotics Training
