Reason for joining the Board: My elder son entered Children’s House in the autumn of 2003 and my fascination with ASM began immediately as I watched his development under the extraordinary tutelage of his teachers. I wanted to do my part as a member of the ASM community, and that led me to volunteering as a member of the Board of Directors. I have had the privilege, over the past few years, to work closely with this dedicated group of exceptional people in order to maintain the well-being of the School and advance its long-term vision and strength |

She is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at The Boston Company, LLC. Carolyn's son graduated from ASM in 2010 and her daughter will graduate in 2017.
Reason for joining the Board: My son entered Upper EL in sixth grade and flourished in UE and Middle School. We certainly benefited from the close attention and engagement by the faculty and school and we appreciated the major strides our son was able to achieve in his time at ASM. Seeing the end result gave us the confidence to place our daughter in the Children’s House program and she has loved ASM ever since. ASM is built on the strength of its staff and teachers but it is also built of the strength of its families. Parent involvement was one of the key reasons we were attracted to ASM in the first place and I wanted to contribute to this strength. |

Reason for joining the Board: ASM has been an important and growing part of our lives since 2006, when our older boy started in Children’s House. We are thrilled by the quality of education, the attention, and the academic “oomph” that our two boys get in Lower Elementary, just as they previously got in Children’s House. We also love the ASM community and the diversity we get to be a part of. I got involved with the Board to help ASM continue to serve the students, their families, and the broader community to the greatest extent possible. |
